so with all the other rediculous stuff they fixed between mw2 and black ops, (commando perk, oma, tubes, spawn tubing, quickscope, danger close, stopping power,etc.) they still managed to leave in one of the most annoying and in my opinion straight up cowardly perks the Second Chance (aka last stand). Bringing back reviving in multiplayer on top of that and you have a recipe for neurosis. Anyway thats my take on it, they should have thrown that perk out with all the rest (esp. annoying in hardcore), I'm sure we all have a differing perspective though, eh?

Ehh I hate that perk sooo much!! When I shoot you you should die because I was the better shooter NOT drop like a coward to last stand while Im reloaden after I put a whole clip into you to bring you down!! Also idc what anyone says commando perk is well and alive in this freakin game!!
Think everyone, but the Noobs that use Second Chance agree with you. It is complete bull. If I shoot you, you should die not, fall to the ground pull out your pistol and be able to shoot me before I can continue to shoot you. Then the worst part is they can be helped back up and you still don't get the kill! As far as commando, they never got rid of it, just gave it to everyone!!
this is probably off topic but one thing i dont like is that in regular it feels like you are shooting a bunch of rubber bullets or something they dont do enough damage sometimes
It is what we call in the Roughnecks, the Paintball Perk!! Your bullets don't do any damage!! LOL 
the main reason i quit mw2 was not the last stand or the tubes.... it was the stupid light weight commando crap.
yeah its all simunition unless you play hardcore, I swear I hear bullets bounce off of helmets half the time in regular.
I dont really mind second chance. I dont stop shooting til the points pop up for the kill. I dont really care for accuracy.
That is one of the MOST ANNOYING PERKS IN THE WORLD!!!! it so annoying when ppl revive a person i cant stand losing a kill cause someone pussed out with second chance
that bugs me alot though cause the ammo I used could have got me a double or triple kill if half of it didn't get absorbed when they were invulnerable while falling.
