on his recent promotion to general over SYN LUST 7 it was well earned
GingerdudeFTW came into my section as a captain. Right away after talking to him I knew he would make a great general. He really showed he cared for the clan and the direction it was headed. He really was the backbone for the clan when they needed it most
he kept the guys together and really took that extra step as a captain. He made sure the clan's health was a priority. He worked to make sure the clan held firm and asked a lot of questions. He trained his leadership up so they were ready to take the next
position. He really has stepped into the role of general with confidence and I could not ask for more. I know he will continue to work hard. I can't wait to see his growth as a leader in this community.
