I'm not sure of the schedule, but I do know that a General cannot attend until their Section Leader tells them to PM Hylander about it.
I'm not sure if they still do this but a General can only attend if:
1. Splits their clan
2. The section leader puts their name up for consideration of promotion.
3. And yes, PM's Hylander
That was what I was told to do.

Well my Section leader and General have been inactive for about a month now.My interm General told me that I would be taking over as General,and that I needed to message Hylander,I did but never heard anything back.
