There are some excellent points that have been already put out there to keep this in mind.  Be the bigger man; remember you are the General or Captain.  If someone does go off on you, it’s our job to follow our chain of command and honor code.  You should NEVER retaliate and bad mouth someone back, but do talk to them about it before reporting a first/minor offense.If there is a General who is being offensive then get with Hylander or anyone else following the chain of command .I won’t mention the clan name since I do play with at least five other XG clans on a continual basis, but they were joking around while in matchmaking.  During the round I reminded them that they should not be joking around with each other in that manner even if I’m the only one outside of their clan and they all know me.How many times have you been around another team while in game play and only hear bits and pieces of what is being said.  Well sure enough some guy starts going off in the post game lobby saying how his Uncle works for Bungie and we will all be banned for trash talking.  No one had actually ment to insult this individual but he heard someone say something. (This is not intended to get anyone in trouble I have already talked with those individuals and they get it!)  This is why EVERYONE is not only read to but also is to read our honor code before they are even sent a clan invite.  It is important to check to see who is a registered member for xiledgaming.com.</blockquote>
