Hopefully when other Generals see how our captains and such respect us, we will be an example to them as well. It's not always easy and sometimes seems like an ideal but it is ultimately what we should all be working towards. Like I said, respecting all gamers starts with the ones in our own clans and that should go down the chain of command as well as up.  This is true in all aspects of life and will make XGC a stronger community and give all those who are in it a better gaming experience as well as a sense of pride to be a part of it.</blockquote>
