Can anyone recommend a good surround gaming headset to work with my Xbox 360? A lot of people said Turtle Beach, but the New Egg reviews weren't all good, said there were problems with drivers.

ive had my Turtle beach X3 for about a year now and never had a problem with it. my brother has the X4 and never has a problem with it. i would recommend the X3 though because the X4 is too expensive

Any of the Turtle Beach products are great I have the X1 and it works perfectly, but it is wired.
i have a turtle beach, works fine with me. works with my xbox, dvd player, playstation.
dude ive had my xbox for a year and my mic that came with it still works fine but i would have to say turtle beach
I'd personally have to say the Skull Candy Xbox 360 headset, i've got just the normal Skull Candy set but the sound is great with them.
i saw those at target the other day. i was thinking of picking up a pair and selling my turtle beach set. but i don't know how they are. looks comfy lol
I own the wired turtle beach one they sell at best buy and must say no complaints. But if can afford the skull candy is the way to go. I got to meet the owner and gamed with him a few times and the guy is good stuff. The headset I didn't feel at all. Both are good but I know the owner of skull candy is like us, a gamer.

Ive just recently picked up my X3 headset and love them, the more i explain to people about them, the more they want to get them. Ive only had 6 friends tell me they were gonna get a pair in just a few weeks.
im getting the x1's i was going to get x3's...but i heard if another pair of x3's are in the same room as you, you pick up they're sound and vice versa...and i think 100 dollars is a bit much.
