unknown(2)--blank name, You need to go and talk to blnak name. He said he never gave the approval for you to transfer clans. He said he had talked to you about it, But had never given approval. And from what I hear he is mad!

unknown(2)--Because, You as a captain should know the Honor Code. You should already be familiar with it. And if he didn't give the approval. YOU JUST BROKE THE HONOR CODE. It is my job as a captain to uphold the honor code.
XGC BUSTA207--ok first things first!... this whole post needs to be deleted!!!....lets show some respect on the forums by NOT posting this public...i understand i see the issue, but i myself am a captain and find this upseen, rude and dis-respectful!...if you want to talk to him then you need to send him a privet message or send him a friend request..its good that your going by the honor code but posting this comment is rude,upseen, and dis-respectful...please keep this in mind and i will be posting in the forums about this...if there is a problem! this is not the place to post it do to everyone can see this!
remember the forums is not a place for drama nor hate mail but to keep intouch and read new fun things and to see whats going on in the XG community!

ok...as you see what was said uptop...i myself am what you would call a forum whore (lol) but im dedacated to this website as a member (family). the one thing i have noticed on alot of clan forums is arguments,fights,*****ing,complaining..and so on! the website was not made for drama!. xiledgaming.com was made for everyone to join and have fun as one big happy XG community. its made to keep intouch with clan members, friends,make friends,join other XG clans,have fun,chit-chat,respect,honor,sponser,and more to read on fun XG information (like danidooms rap song) and XG Podcasts <---which i love! two thumbs up!
if there is a problem with someone the forums is not a place to post it do to anyone can read it and it makes it a public matter....not everyone who reads the forums wants to hear about someones problems or on any subject. send a FR or a private message to that person to resolve the issue.all everyone ask's is that everyone should show respect.....remind you that XG is about RESPECT...other forums have been made about respect and need to be upheld to the upmost!
we do get haters who tend to post things on the website but the highlords can and will take care of that problem..but it does not give you a right to attack them back! The majority of the founding Leaders of Xiled Gaming, came together to launch a community of like minded gamers, who wanted to have fun online, and not deal with drama, to build a large community where everyone is appreciated and made to feel welcome. to refreash everyones memory..let me bring up the CORE VALUES!!!!

The online XG community began on January of 2006, the Council of Leaders broke from the community known as KSI in order to run a Community free of cheating, trash talking, racism and run it the way they see fit.
From those early days of the XG community there has been, certain bedrock principles or core values that have been carried by the members in silence. They consist of three basic principles, and together create the XGC mission.

Illegal or improper behavior or even the appearance of such behavior will not be tolerated. We are accountable for our professional and personal behavior. We will be mindful of the privilege to be able to take part in such a prestigious community as XG.

Accordingly, we will have: courage to meet the demands of our profession and the mission when it is, demanding, or otherwise difficult; Make decisions in the best interest of the XG community and XBOX-LIVE, without regard to personal consequences; Meet these challenges while adhering to a higher standard of personal conduct and decency; Be loyal to our community, ensuring the resources entrusted to us are used in an honest, careful, and efficient way. Courage is the value that gives us the moral and mental strength to do what is right, even in the face of personal or professional adversity.
Commitment: "I will obey the orders..." Accordingly, we will: Demand respect up and down the chain of command; Care for the safety, professional, personal and spiritual well-being of our people; Show respect toward all people without regard to race, religion, skill or gender; Treat each individual with human dignity; Be committed to positive change and constant improvement; Exhibit the highest degree of moral character, technical excellence, quality and competence in what we have been trained to do. The day-to-day duty of every XG man and woman is to work together as a team to improve the quality of our work, our people and ourselves
