So what do the green bars beneath the awards and achievements mean? Most people only have one, but some people actually have quite a few and i just wanna know what they mean!?

Its a bunch of different things, exp points with the website, your post, keeps count of the people you've recruited if you respond back to threads you post, reputation points given and received to/by other members. you can check out more by going to the forums tab, in the sub-nav bar you'll see, "Leaderboards". It gives you a bit more detail on it all there.... also on your profile you can click experience and itll explain alot and under earn points it tells you a little bit on how you can earn more
