XG if youve noticed on CoD that everyone is in party chats!

well i have! and my question is, how can you recruit and put your squad out there if your gaming in party chat?

communication is the key to success, just look at it this way i would have never been recruited or wanted to be a part of XGC if it werent for an XGC clan talking to me in open lobbies i wanna bring back the old school ways of XGC and not game in party chat! what do you gamers say about this?

yea, we try not to be in party chat, but there are so many negative people on the game, mostly frustrated adults like us tired of dealing with modders, or little kids.....but yea recruiting is hard nowadays...

Go into lobbies with a few people, talk with people, game with them, if they are cool ask them if they wanna join. I find getting recruits is a lot easier when you have other clan members playing with you. Perhaps a whole team of XG players might convince some people.

This.

I've gotten many of my recruits by, uh, "tag-teaming" them so to speak. Having other XG members with you shows that you aren't just pulling your own chain when you talk about your clan being a healthy community of gamers. Also, I'll usually add cool peeps to my friends list and try to recruit them a day or two later after some solid lobby invites so it shows them they could actually be friends with us, not just a tally on our recruiting quota.

It's not about the number. I am just saying going into a lobby with nobody but yourself is like bringing a knife to a gunfight. You may get recruits if they haven't joined a clan before, but if you have other people with you, they might become interested (especially if you bring your best).
