The Events Team will be responsible for planning, advertising, and hosting one event per month. The event planning must be submitted for approval. Not everyone is expected to host for each event, but they are expected to be apart of the planning and advertising activities.

We reserve the right to deny any applicant that does not feel to be a good fit to the team. We also reserve the right to deny any event that we do not feel would be a successful event. This is up to the discretion of the Team Leaders.

Disclaimer: Applicants must be a current Events Coordinator for their Clan or hold the rank of Section Leader.

Events Team Application:


1) What is your username and gamertag?


2) What days and times are you available to host events? Do these times change often?


3) What are your current ideas of events you'd like to hold, and what games can you host events on?


4) If you had to describe yourself in 1 sentence, how would you do so?


5) Have you ever planned, held, or helped host an event? If so, please list which and how many times you have done so.

7) What benefits do you think the Events Team should provide to members of XG?

Yes was on the events team Prior which I did an event at least once a month. I also do the XTEAM Challenges I hold these any time we get a challenge also hosted events for the birthday bash and Xiled anniversary

Community event I have done monopoly, Gold with Friends, Bo6, Among Us, Fall Guys,

7) What benefits do you think the Events Team should provide to members of XG? Fun gaming experience with non stop laughing


8) How would you incorporate the Events Team with the Event Coordinators of the clans?
See if they are interested in having a clan event for the whole community and host that with them

9) What is your main reason for wanting to join the Events Team?
To have the community come together and have fun and enjoy othera company and get to know other members

10) How would you define susccess, if accepted onto the Events Team?
having a great turn out for your event with no issues to where everyone had fun and would love to do it again

1 I never have a problem talking to anyone
