DOUBLE SHOT / QUAD SHOT

i dont know i've taken a few "masters" of the double with just single bursts, i just know how to cover fire and good ol pro combo

Yeah, I can double shot, but i don't. I've heard that the leaked triple shot is INCREDIBLY difficult to pull off while in a br fight. A couple of friends of mine tried, and found it really hard just to pull off, let alone in a br fight.

quite a few of us refer to the noob combo as the "pro combo"

yea, i'm not saying that if i'm in a br fight that i'm going to try and double shot you. But if i'm firing on two guys, and i can double shot at them, and make them "think" there's two guys shooting at them, it'll make them "hide" back while my team comes up from behind.

He's either got amazingly fast fingers, or he's using a macro controller. See, something that alot of people don't realize is that, in a doubleshot, two shots isn't the limit. A doubleshot happens when you pull the trigger twice in the time it takes for the first burst to fire. If you can pull the trigger three, four, five times in the time that it takes that first burst to fire, you'll shoot as many shots.
My guess is that he's just using a macro controller, a controller that you can program to hit a button, or combination of buttons continuously. He programmed the controller to hit the right trigger, hit the macro button, then hit X. He COULD just have fast fingers, but I find that really hard to believe, since he seems to miss his timing alot when he's hitting the X button.
Edit - I didn't see at first that he was still triple/quadshotting with no reserve ammo. Only way that I can think of for him to do that is if he was hardmodding.

yea i'm thinking the same thing, but if that was the case he wouldn't half......... ah never mind your right..
i'm going to go try the hitting X fast and seeing what happens. i mean i think i've done it once against another XGC guy, and my brother even said i shot more rounds out then he's seen before but i don't remember the button combo i do.

that sucks you lost your 35 bro. thats why i always go in to team slayer with 4 guys. or i just dont go in at all. lol

it looks like it might be a small mod cuz you can't double shot unless you have another clip of ammo or it comes out like you just pulled the trigger twice i have tried it plenty of times and if you need help learning double shots i will teach you as best i can just add my GT: XGC Red Ph0enix
Breaking News about Quad Shot, the person that found this glitch is not releasing the detail to public till the MLG season is over, so expect to wait another couple months lol
all i know is....... it's pointless, it's going to be around for a couple months then halo 3 is going to come out.
speaking of which, do you think the modders and such are going to play halo 3 on launch day or do you think they'll wait until they come out with mods for it.
