x LOTUS x otherwise known as ExQuisitE LOTUS has been with the community for almost 2 years. She was recruited to Syndicate in October 2016, into SYN Reapers. She had been hesitant about how long she would stay with the community since she was used to be a lone wolf style gamer. After a couple months, she had felt that her ideas were not being heard and she was not being appreciated , nor would she be able to reach her full potential under that leadership. x LOTUS x had decided to transfer to SYN ENVY 7, to assist them with their rebuild. She had been very active with recruiting new members and had helped them to almost double there numbers, and build the clan's strength. Her efforts were recognized and she got her first lieutenant position and shortly after she made captain. She began filling her position duties by running practices, hosting meetings, training replacements, and ensuring that no man was left behind. She has always valued the advice given to her by THE MAD PANDA and DVS456 during her promotion : " never the let position go to your head and always rule with an iron fist" After about a year in this position she had decided to share the spotlight of the position and stepped down to allow others to have the opportunity she did. She had debated on leaving the community at this point, however had decided to give it one more go.
x LOTUS x had made one final transfer to SYN SHIPWRECKED. Her abilities and efforts were quickly noticed and she got another opportunity at lieutenant, and then captain where she had shined once again. She had been crucial in assisting with getting SHIPWRECKED onto the one and splitting out SYN ZODIAC. She had hosted practices and helped any member regardless of their rank. she had assisted with dealing with many issues in the community. She had also been very helpful in recruiting and helping the community grow. She had also been very helpful in training her peer leaders, which she had successfully trained six lieutenants during her time in SYN and has seen all of them make it to a higher ranks. She would like to provide others with a role model and a teacher to effectively train the members, which was something that she didn't have, as she was self taught from the information on the website and observing others run their clans and squads.
x LOTUS x ability to make calm collected decisions, determination to see the community grow, and the drive to assist in forming the identity of the new clan she is over, will make her an exceptional leader. She will provide the breath or fresh air, the light down the darkened path, and stability that her clan needs during this transitional time. I look forward to watching her rise.
