I would like to congratulate SYN Barstarzz on his promotion to General over the newest clan in Syndicate: SYN Black Water. He started off in SYN Devil Dogs and worked his way from Recruit to Lieutenant. After a clan split he moved to SYN Elemental where another split took place creating SYN Xiled Kings. He had moved up in ranks and has now made it possible to have his own clan.
