CODE OF CONDUCT

I asked Murda the question about why we have to read the code of conduct to every new recruit that comes in when it was in the registration. He was able to fully explain it to me why it is done that way. But I wanna get everyone else thoughts on just having them read it on the registration?

If we were to just leave it up to the recruits who have no idea what XGC is about to read it, it wouldn't get read. They would simply skim over it until they saw the check box. I say this because I know from experience. I have tried the simple process of letting them read it. Out of dozens of recruits there was only one who could tell me even just a few words from it and even he only read one or two of the articles within it.

Yes it's time consuming but a must. Try having them read along when you go through it.

I guess being in the military i take a few things for granted. like attention to detail. Thanks alot for sharing your thoughts on it.
