I have noticed a couple of flaws with KoG's clan system. Throughout this post i will tell you the things that i think could be fixed in Kog, and hopefully you will post on this thread to, so other KoG Generals can learn from our opinions, and take them into consideration.
1. When you recruit someone, and you say the clan is sponsored, it has tournaments, and weekly clan matches live up to it.
- Recruits join because...... we tell them that we have clan matches, tournies.. ect.) But Us captains and generals need to live up to what we tell out clan, specificely our recruits. During the weekday when your sitting in the pregame lobby, having a talk with your friend(s) from KoG, what will it hurt to ask if they want to have a clan match? You have nothing to do so mine as well, and it keeps the clan members interested with the clan. Also captains and generals should personally introduce their recruits to the KoG Comunity. Becuz i'm sure if they see how fun our gaming community is(and how awesome the people are in it=) they won't be leaving anytime soon!
2. Tell your recruits the honor code, rank structure, and website!!!!!!!!!!!
- I can't express how important telling your recruits the honor code, rank structure, and the website is!!!!!!!!! If you do not tell your recruits the honor code they will still be going around modded games, t-bagging, and even worse. I've entered modded parties with recruits and asked them hasn't anyone told you the honor code!? And they didn't even know what the honor code was! So if we don't tell them the honor code they will be representing KoG badly!
-If they don't know the Website then they won't know what currently is going on how to get premoted!
So plz take my advice and try to carry out a good clan!
Also feel free to post, and add on more Problems that could be fixed!!!!!!!!
