It's great to make sure all the names match, and everyone is in the user group. But when you, as a Clan Leader, sit down with your SL to determine if the squad is qualified for having a squad split, what questions are you asking? Are we asking questions at all? Are we just taking the SL’s word and moving forward? As the Clan Leader, you need to ask questions to find out if this SL will be successful and if they are being set up with all the tools to be successful.Time Management:What does Time Management mean to you?Does it mean we must divide our time with certain members or groups?Y or NDoes it mean we need to spend a certain amount of time gaming on said platform?Y or NDoes it mean we need to divvy up time between our leadership, our members, and gaming?Y or NThese three questions are all valid points to have answers to upon entering a Clan/Squad split. Throughout the week, SL, CL, and XS should sit down periodically multiple times a month to establish goals for the individual clan. At these key leader meetings, is when answers should be provided to the three questions. If an answer cannot be provided, then that is when XS steps in to consolidate a solution for the CL to utilize and turn around to train the SL and coordinate the results into the clan.</blockquote>
