You were not promoted to have someone sit in your pocket for every conversation. While it may be a good idea to have a witness for more challenging situations, you are not required to have someone with you to converse. It can actively hinder you from building relationships and being an effective leader.</p><p></p><p><strong><u>Establishing Priorities:</u></strong></p><p>Triage pending issues and prioritize the limited time you have online. Being proactive and dealing with problems promptly are essential. You should never feel like you will work when you turn on your PC or Xbox. Don't forget what led you to join in the first place, to have fun and play games.</p><p></p><p><strong><u>Leaderlogs:</u></strong></p><p>Leaderlogs are a vital communication tool for XSs, XDs, XCs, & XIs to keep a log of significant situations that we deal with, and it is required. Ensure we include the "When, What, Where, Who, Why".</p><p></p><p><strong><u>Website and Discord</u></strong></p><p>New members are required to register on the website and join their division's Discord. While the website may not be the social resource it used to be, Discord is. New members can interact with the other members in their clan, find people to game with, and learn more about the community.</p></blockquote><p></p>
