Clan Leaders Meeting Notes

The leaders of Xiled Gaming adhere to an open-door policy, aiming to foster openness and transparency among all community members.</p><p></p><p><strong>Communication:</strong></p><p>As a reminder, the official forms of communication for the community are the Website (xiledgaming.com), the XG Official Discord servers, and, finally, Xbox. Any communication outside these three is not official XG communication. Any communication between leadership, primarily, should be conducted through one of these three. There are many reasons behind this. Not only is it easy to watch and moderate things, thereby preventing drama from happening, but when leadership utilizes it, it also makes it easier to communicate with other leaders who need to be informed. Any important information, such as leadership communication, should be disseminated through the XG servers or via forms that notify all relevant leadership individuals who need to be involved.</p><p></p><p><strong>Updates:</strong></p><p>Community-wide, XG has experienced significant changes over the past few months, including the loss of key leaders and valuable members. This being the case, it took a few weeks to recover, but as the days turned into weeks, the members who remained adjusted to the new leadership that had come along. As it stands, the key leaders who fall within my section. All the tools you need as a Clan Leader and even to your SL, all the knowledge from an XS level has been shared. At this point, with training aside, the foundation for leadership has been established. The clan and everything within it have been found. From this point forward, the best thing is to recruit, work with members, and progress. Through game nights, hosting Clan meetings with your members, and keeping account of each member who falls in line within your clan. Between each of my clans, I have identified several areas that need improvement. This is also why it is relevant to post this in the meeting notes to address in your Clan Meetings.</p></blockquote><p></p>
