Clan Leader Notes

These would may or may not include things such as "game nights, clan training, recruiting nights and/or goals.</p><p>If you're unsure about this let me know.</p><p></p><p><strong>What is Accountability</strong></p><ol> <li data-xf-list-type="ol">Ownership: Taking ownership of your actions and decisions, acknowledging their role in the results.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ol">Responsibility: Responsibility refers to your duties and tasks.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ol">Answerability: Being answerable to oneself, peers, or the members for your actions and decisions.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ol">Transparency: Transparency in actions, decisions, and outcomes</li> </ol><p>"<strong>Witness</strong>"</p><p>Clan leaders do not need a witness regarding "reading in a recruit" "promotions" and any other clan related activities. When changes are being made such as promotions / transfers/ removal clan leader does it at one's own discretion but do communicate with me to let me know of such changes. </p><p></p><p><strong>Drama</strong></p><p>Leadership and drama simply does not mix. You cannot set a good example if you start/ engage in any drama within the community.</p><p>End it before it escalates.</p><p></p><p>If you have any questions regarding these notes please let me know.</p></blockquote><p></p>
