Please just inform your XS of changes</p><p></p><p>out of section:</p><p>CL speak to your XS. XS will speak to the XS of the clan that member wishes to transfer. CL of that clan approves and your Xs will get back to you.</p><p></p><p>out of division:</p><p>Just like out of section.
