In fact, it can actively be a hindrance to you building relationships and being an effective leader.</p><p></p><p><u>Establishing Priorities:</u></p><p>Triage pending issues and prioritize the limited amount of time that you have online. While being proactive and dealing with issues in a timely manner is important. You should never feel like you are going to work when you turn on your PC or Xbox. Don't forget what lead you to join in the first place, to have fun and play games.</p><p></p><p><u>Leaderlogs:</u></p><p>Leaderlogs are an important communication tool for XSs, XDs, XCs, & XIs to keep a log of major situations that we deal with and it is required. Make sure we are including the "When, What, Where, Who, Why".</p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Clan Leader</strong></p><p></p><p><u>Website and Discord</u></p><p>New members are required to register on the website and join their division's discord. While the website may not be the social resource it used to be, the discords are.
