In my previous clan, my clan had like 3-4 designated silver accounts for people to add, and just look on the friends list of that to see who's all on in the clan, and who would like to play. It wouldn't be bad to do this, it would make playing with each other much more easier, the fact that I'm new here, I just don't know if this is already happening?

Welcome aboard Climaxx! In the past most clans did something similar. It acted almost as a clan Rolodex, but i haven't seen many people doing it lately. There are also "Leader" GTs that all clan leaders must add. Its definitely not a bad idea to bring up with your Cap/Gen if your clan isn't already doing something similar
