the clan name is: XGC Wise Guys
if possible can the clan name be made up of blood splatters from gunshots and shot in from left to right at the bottom right under the barrel of the gun followed by Xbox One Founding Fathers underneath the clan name

Is there another idea you have for it? I ask because I have attempted what you are asking for and it would take numerous hours to get close to what you would like with this. Gifs are very time consuming to create and not a lot of the designers have a lot of experience with creating them.

Can we still use the gif and just put the text on the banner, the txt does not have to be animated

That's fine Phantom. One of the main probs I had was sizing it down to 400x75 without cutting off too much of the image.
