CHANGING YOUR XBOX 360 GAMER TAG PICTURE

Could some-one explain to me how i can change my xbox live gamer tag picture from the avatar to a regular image or picture, because I see alot of gamer tags with other pictures other than the xbox avatars. I would greatly appreciate anyones help on this. Thanks

Hmm do you mean an actual picture? Like of someones face, there dog, etc?

Yeah I see xbox live gamer tags with various other pictures beside the xbox live avatars you can put on your gamer tag and i was wondering how you change them to other pictures?

If it is like a picture of a person you need a xbox live cam or Kinect to take a live picture.
