I don't know, I'm looking forward to it because i think it looks kinda interesting. But to quote Adam Sessler at E3, "Having an avatar isn't going to make Gears a bad game," and I totally agree with him, its not like your avartars onscreen ALL the time, and it isn't gonna turn the games into Wii "games", if you can even call them that.

i think it'll be fun
its not everyday they change your whole world upside down but for the better of things
also i like the little animated people
it looks like they fused the wii and xbox together
