So fellow Generals how about some Advice for me and other Generals who have the same problem. And maybe in return I can give advice to you too. I will not accept Transfer’s.</p><p></p><p>-Couple of problems are that I have noticed-</p><p>No Motivation</p><p>No one is really recruiting</p><p>Majority of the members aren’t doing there jobs.</p><p>Laziness</p><p>Chain of Command Ignored</p><p>No Forum Activity (what so ever)</p><p>Important messages are ignored by majority </p><p></p><p>Now I know for a fact that some generals have these problems also, I have come up with some solutions myself but I would like to hear what other solutions Generals have.</p><p></p><p>Yours Truly</p><p>XxSnowyxX</p></blockquote><p></p>
