I'm new to syn but I am used to having a squad of my own to lead. What's the best way to move up.

The Rank Strucute is great but I would also suggest, all of the following..Be Passionet about your clan, Be active with all the members in your clan, and talk to the leaders of your clan and ask what they are looking for or from you..Working your way up takes time but in the end this is a hobbieif you work hard you will be noticed and if ou earn it you will get promoted.
