THe podcast team will be started soon enough. Video team you are absolutely right but now is the time to find leaders that arent as restrictive and set up a parameter for it. THe design team is just needing to clean house. There are things that leaders are doing that restrict from some of this happening that none of you are seeing. If you havent used vbulliten and all of the things associated with this site its tough to say anything about going fast. Ive worked with vbulliten and it takes time weeks and sometimes months to figure some things out when you cant sit down all day long and just focus on it. Remember our leaders have families also that they want to spend time with.</blockquote>
