Avoid "curly" / fancy fonts if you can e.g. "bleeding cowboy" or whatever its called (you haven't used it here but its a good example). Honestly 9 times out of 10 it just wont do anything for a signature except be a distraction. As for font colour pick one that either you used within the signature or one that you think would go nicely.

well i got it smoothed and blended in the actual thing i just cant get it to save for web with the extra channel, ill change the font but if someone could help with that whole thing that would help tremendously
Trying using colors from your render/focal. it helps blend tons better and helps the signature tie together

the colors definitely look better. the pink on the left is a bit strong though i might tone that down a bit. also the text isnt very appealing. i might have gone with a more feminine font. definite improvement though.
i was gonna go with the curly font but the one i got looked too fancy and wasnt very legible with some of the letters and yeah the pink on the left i wasnt very pleased with but couldnt realy figure much to do to fix it :/
Better but it's not a "clean" sig there is places we're the effect cuts off awkwardly hands and neck
pretty simple but didnt think it needed too much else. im correcting the effects on that one now
Ok now that you have mastered the art of smudging try some new effects
