You're text stands out way too much, try to make it "belong" with image. I'd also advise against using animation on the application process. feel free to put as many signatures through if you feel like and do the test images every week. welcome and good luck!

As far as design it's pretty bland it looks like you just slap a render on a background and make it flash.

Well I suggest you should do some test images and see where we should begin.

Text needs work, but that's advance stuff. Overall I like your thought process, the smudging on the right is good, but the left is still Sharp. The background is a tad plain, try adding some textures or stocks to add Zazz. Go work Coco

The smudging is good accept for along the top and some of the bottom it run off the sig. Try making it more clean around the edge of the sig maybe even add a 2pix border around the rectangle part of the sig.
