We split our members into color squads based on rank, with each squad having a capain, lt. and about 6 other members (we only have 50 members right now), and then separately, we have squads for the different clan compete ladders we are in. They are run by the captains as well, but are diff. from the color squads. We had tryouts for these other squads, but just did a draft-style pick for the color squads, I think this nicely organizes the clan and then also helps specialize the groups.</p></blockquote><p></p>
