I have had nothing more than trouble out of my internet this month.....anyone else hating comcast this month?

When i lived with my parents i had comcast and it worked perfect. I live by myself now and i use Cox Cable and it sucks, my internet cuts out atleast 6 times a day
I guess comcast just hates me. I spent 30 mins on the phone with them to resolve the issue but they are sending a tech out to check it out.
I used to have Time Warrener then comcast bought them out. I used to have great inter-net now it sucks when I called hem to complain I was told it was because Time Warrener had better newer equipment and they took it with them when they left and that was from thier employee

I don't hate it but my buddy in new mexico say's it sucks unless you live there lol he said comcast is great in new mexico but anywhere else it's horrid apparently.
They came out and swapped my modem. As of right now its working fine, but I will see how long that will last. I would be a little more understanding about that kind of issue if I kept my modem on every night.
but... did you try taking it out and plugging it in again? You clearly didn't
I've had nothing but trouble ever since I started using Comcast. Weak signals, no range, and bad connections. 
I am a computer tch so I know the reset trick.....and the infamous is it plugged in question. As far as it staying plugged in all the time that is up to the owner. I prefer to turn mine off nightly when its not in use.
I have been noticing that it has been iffy this month. One min its good the next its spiking like no other. Not sure whats going on with it
they told me today i had no connectivity and when i got off the phone tried it and had full connection. I am fully convinced they don't know what they are talking about!!!
Agreed. They are idiots and they give them scripted screens to troubleshoot with. That crap doesn't work for everyone.
