Today I went and bout a MS pt card that had 1600 Ms pts on it. When I got home i put the code in and it said that the card was invalid. So when I called gamestop back they told me that since I had already opened the card that there was nothing they could do for me. I could get no refund of my money. So i decided to call Microsoft. I got somebody who could speak proper english and they started walking me through the process. I put the same code in four times on my Xbox and it did not work but when she walked me through the process on xbox.com when i entered my codes in there it worked. I was just wandering if any body was having the same problem as me.

nah thatd be just you. ive entered points via internet and dashboard. the only error was me not typing properly
But its a pain in tge butt...microsoft hassle you about when you call to change it.I had to talk to a call rep and a billing rep and explain myself 2 times,Microsoft sucks I will never pay with credit card again.
