If the app is created, we'll need someone or a team to keep updating and troubleshooting the app. Especially, with the mobile device OS's being updated constantly.

Honestly it will not happen because it is expensive to get rights for IOS to make apps. I dont know about android. Im sorry youcantseme30

The issue has been brought up. It just takes a lot of time and stuff to make an app and stuff. I'd love an app or mobile site. It'd make the forum easier to use from my phone

just recently started trying to get on the website on my phone. it works, but my phone is crappy so it takes a while for each page to load. i would even be fine with an app that was just about the forums.
