I don't tell my guys in my squad that they need to post to get promoted, but just like Crazy as I do encourage it. One of the things I got told as a recruit was I had to post on the website so I kept doing it, but I got told differently as a SGT. I agree if you want a promotion, you need to take that extra step. A great leader does not just sit on their bum and do anything, you have to show that you want that position. Good post crazy.</p></blockquote><p></p>
