I am sorry but what is a 9 year old doing with a COD game, do their parents not read the MATURE label that states blood, violence etc? Really I believe there should be two separate XBL communities. There should be an XBL for 17+ and then a server for under 17 profile created users. Anybody violating the terms of use aka a child that created a 17+ account should get banned. BTW I have seen that video and it made me lol when I first saw it
