    as far as the avatars go, they all have to be the same size. i think if you go to the ucp and click on the edit avatar it will tell you

    when you signed up you must register with your exact xbox gamertag. so, in order to fix this, hit the home button above left. you will see your name on the next screen on the upper left. click on the ucp. (user control panel.) once you get there click on edit details. scroll down the page until you see your gamer tag information and adjust it to read exactly as your xbox gamertag. when you are done scroll down to the very bottom and hit save
