XG Elite Rank Structure
Elite Director
Elite Directors are the managing partners of the XiledGaming Elites. Directors are responsible for evaluating player talent and leadership. Furthermore, The Elite Directors also oversee the addition and subtraction of all Elite members. Directors are prohibited from playing in XG Elite matches unless all other options have been exhausted. A Director must display sound decision-making in all aspects of his/her online interaction while also having the XiledGaming Elite’s best interest in mind.
Elite Team Leader
Team Leaders are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of his/her individual team. A Team Leader should be a role model and the commanding voice of his/her team. Additionally, Team Leaders will be required to make decisions that actively affect the team and its success. A Team Leader must display sound decision-making in all aspects of his/her online interaction while also having the team’s best interest in mind.
Team Leader Responsibilities
1. Know, understand, and teach the XG Elite Player Agreement to all team members.
2. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of his/her team.
3. Work closely with other Team Leaders in order to ensure the success of multiple teams.
4. Hold weekly practices and meetings with an emphasis on teamwork and strategy.
5. Moderate the XG Elite forum
6. Schedule matches against other Clans and Teams.
7. Maintain the team’s active roster.
8. Attend new player Evaluations.
9. Meet on a weekly basis with Elite Directors to discuss the direction and progress of his/her team.
10. Be the voice of his/her team. Both in game and out.
