If its not updating for you delete it from your Xbox and reinstall and see if that helps!

i did that and i got it up now but i only got tier 3 unlike my PC version were i got tier 8

I have wot xbox 360, have tanks ranging from tier 2-8. If im on and gaming im either tanking or codaw mostly.
