WEEKLY MEETING NOTES FOR JAN. 16TH

LTs work</p><p> with Captains to become ready for there Own Squad. Captains work closely</p><p> with Generals so they can run there own clan one day and so on.</p><p></p><p>Never forget, training your own replacements is always part of earning a</p><p>promotion.</p><p></p><p>Violation of the Honor Code will earn a Gamer a warning; two warnings and</p><p> you will be banned from the community. Members caught purposely cheating</p><p> and/or participating in manipulated online play will be immediately banned.</p><p>No exceptions!</p><p></p><p>- Banning a member for Honor Code Violations is done by first letting them </p><p>know perferably in a conversation explaining why they are being removed and</p><p> finally by DNRing them so they can not easily come back into the community</p><p> by joining another clan.</p><p></p><p></p><p> Clans are not game specific;</p><p>Some of the best clans we have ever had in XG all the members did play the same</p><p>game, but as new games come out there was a shift. Thus clans become multi-game.</p><p>Squads should be playing together, so all squads need to have the same games in </p><p>common, if members prefer not to play the game the rest of the squad playes transfer </p><p>them where they will be the most happy aka a squad or maybe a clan that playes the </p><p>games they play.</p><p></p><p>* Clan compete hardcore team ladders are up and running.
