I noticed how everyone who has experienced the Red Ring Of Death is eligible for a cool little emblem. Well what about the rest of us who survived the RROD era? I mean that is an accomplishment in itself! Who else still has their original 360 for all these years? Just curious

That is so true. I sent mine off 2 or 3 times, and I think I'm on my 3rd Xbox. My previous Xbox stopped reading discs. It wasn't the RROD, but it still needed a replacement.

Oh, I haven't had problems with it anytime recently (*knock on wood*). I have the "Slim", so the ventilation is a bit better. Microsoft loves making money off of us. They wouldn't give anything away for free.

Yet we still keep coming back to them... at least I love their games! Well let us hope Slim there keeps running hard! Microsoft should make Tee's for y'all stating "You've been RR'd!"

Even through all their problems, I'd never trade my Xbox for a Playstation. Yeah, I hope it stays "alive" for a while. Yeah, really...or "My Xbox died and all I got was this lousy T-Shirt".

I just prefer Xbox due to the games and the fact that their security hasn't been breached... Xbox God watch over it! lol. You could make that shirt when it does finally go!

When I first got into Xbox, it seemed that Playstation was too focused on sports games. Personally, I'd rather actually play the sport rather than watch or play it on a game console, but that's just me. Halo was the first Xbox game that I got into and, of course, Playstation never had that.

Oh I hear you, the only games I liked were Rampage and GTA for Playstation. Alas, I was too young to own that at the time. I played Halo on my friend's Xbox and I was hooked. So I mowed a lot of lawns to get my first Xbox.

Haha. My brother got me into Halo. I played the first Halo with him on his Xbox. When he got Halo 2, I would sometimes watch him play and talk to his friends. I thought it was so cool that he could talk and play with people on the internet. Lol. He would get so annoyed with me, and basically was like - get your own. So I did. Lol.

haha nice! He ever end up playing with you online or did he prefer to solo dolo with out you? My first match was with my brother and two younger cousins. We played against a clan of girls on bloodgulch and got destroyed!!! We kept hopping in the warthogs and didn't realize rocket launchers were on the map...

We played together a little, at first. He didn't want to be my friend on Xbox for long. I believe my very first friend I met on Xbox Live recruited me into KoG at one point.

That's funny. I remember being so confused when I first encountered a team killer while in a Warthog on that giant snow map.

It must of been the whole brother/sister situation I imagine. I'm sure that it's different now that he's grown lol.

So you started out in KoG?

Oh yeah! That was a fun map. I didn't aspire to much when I started out on live... was making lot's of mistakes! I don't know how many times I killed myself by accident.

Yeah, most likely. He's been a lot nicer in recent years.

I was in KoG for about a week before transferring to XGC. This was about 8 or 9 years ago. Lol. This is my 2nd time around.

What about jumping or walking off of a map by mistake? Lol. I remember doing that.

That's an improvement! I can't say my brother acts distant from me. Ever since we fought each other in middle school we became best friends. Fights do that haha.

Yeah I didn't find out about this until 2012. I was playing with my buddies from back home but they dropped out of the gaming world... Lame...

Yeah I would do that a lot lol! Sometimes if I couldn't get the kill and a person was hijacking me I would just drive off the cliff. But then people started bailing last minute so I would kill myself...

Umm? I don't typically get in fights. When idiots on Xbl trash talk, sometimes I'll say something back.

I know. I love playing with clan members. I've met some awesome people in this clan. Lol.
