These designers contribute their skills and time to the design team for Xiled Gaming as volunteer work, in addition to everyday clan responsibilities. Any request submitted to the design team may take up to 4 weeks to be completed once your request has been picked up!!

Want a flyer created for your event? Please use the following format to make a request and a design team member will create one for you as soon as they can!

Size of flyers are 1080x1080px. The designer will choose the size accordingly.
General Rules
1. Prefixes
Please do not pick a prefix when making your thread. This is for Design Team Lead use only.
2. Animated Flyers
If you are wanting animation, please put this in your request. Please keep in mind that your request can take a little longer with the few amount of designers who do animation.
3. Request Time Limits
Once the Event is approved, you can request to have a Flyer made for the event. During this time Edits will be conducted if you have changed event dates and times. However, an entire new flyer will not be accepted or processed once it gets close to the event date.
4. Rating Requirements
Requests must be kept PG and adhere to the XG Honor Code. (This includes, but is not limited to: racism, sexism, explicit, political, or religious content.)
5. Flyer Edits
If you need an update to your flyer, please message your original designer directly, or post in their personal forum. If the designer is no longer in the community or non-responsive, you may post a request. It is then up to the designer that picks up your request if they will/have the ability to complete the update/edit. Please keep in mind that you may get a new design, but the designer will try to keep it as close as possible if that happens.
