BANNER REQUEST FORMAT
Specify your request: (Clan, Leader, or Profile Banner)
Type of Banner: (ex. Addict, XS forum, Clan Banner)
Name and Additional Text: (ex. XGC Xiled Kings, 'clan motto', member name)
Theme of Banner: (ex. Battlefield, COD, Space, etc.)
Color Scheme: (ex. dark, light, greens and blues, etc.)
Clan Banner Dimensions: 200x80 Pixels
Leader Banner Dimensions: 400x74 Pixels
Profile Banner Dimensions: 1200x250 Pixels
Format: PNG
Max File Size: 500kb
File Name: Must match member or clan name, all in lowercase, and with no spaces.
GENERAL RULES
1. Prefixes
Please do NOT pick a prefix when making your thread. This is for Design Team Lead use only.
2. Request Limit
There is a limit of one banner per six months per member or clan (Exception: New General or Edits to Existing Design Work - case by case basis).
3. Responses
If a question or concern is posed in your request thread by a designer, and a reply is not provided within two weeks of your request, it will be DENIED.
4. Text
We cannot include any text regarding individual members of the clan, including but not limited to, Section Leaders, Division Leaders, and Generals. The only exception to this rule is "In Remembrance" Clan banners. These clans will be fully researched before the banner can be made.
5. Animated and Profile Banners
If you are wanting an animated or profile banner, please state this in your request. Please keep in mind that the only banners that can be animated or profile are for ranks of XD, XC, XI.
XS and XG Addict banners can NOT be animated due to site restrictions. Your request may take a little longer with the few amount of designers that can do animation.
6. Size Restrictions
Due to Xiled Gaming's site restrictions, banner sizes are limited to 200x80 pixels. This causes limited of space for exquisite details on banners.
