We just wouldn't make it mandatory for all because every case is different and for some they can't make it for different reasons like EXILE said. We aren't saying don't hold them they are a great thing to do specially if you want to. We just know although you may be flexible some people may be good at recruiting or not have time to attend the class no matter how long or short it is. So to make them mandatory could penalize some people which is unfair where as just holding them because you want to and going because you want to is simpler and easier for a lot of people.</p></blockquote><p></p>
