RECRUITING CLASSES MANDATORY ?????

I'm sure for everyone who's been in the clan for an elapsed period of time has picked up the craft of recruiting. However would you not agree that this class would only benefit, and help to grow our numbers. It was a higher up who issued a challenge stating, we should try to recruit 1 member each. So for the people who do not know or understand how to recruit. Would this class not be beneficial to everyone who needs a refresher or to be shown how it's supposed to be done.
