Or whatever you call it. But how do I make my main picture that everyone sees what I want it to be instead of the select few, like do i need to be a higher rank?

I think you have to be a platinum, gold or silver subscriber to use a custom avatar. You go to your control panel and down at the bottom is misc and you go to paid subscriptions and pick one if you want.
