what is up with the new points and level system what are they for and where can we view all the achievements that we can earn?

Ha, glad to see I wasnt the only one. I was just trying to scour around and see what i could come up with on this also. Obviously im new here! 
click on leaderboards and experience leaderboard and you can see the achievements as well as what you have and any awards you have!!
you get points on just just about everything you do from how much to post to giving receiving rep. points, recruiting etc
its been up for little bit now , and it calculates slowly maybe it just aint made it there yet lol, then again the ones you recruited may not have listed you as a recruiter
yea they are constantly trying new things, a lot of the division leaders and even council members have trial awards and other things. They are working it into the community slowly. For example it says i have been registered for 7 days when it is actually 9 months, and other small things. We need to be patient.
