Well people that go against copyright laws are essentially stealing, which in cases like the music industry has resulted in less income so a lot of honest people have lost their jobs as a result.
1. i'm not surprised, because you are streaming someone elses property. think about it, if you make a montage, you are streaming footage from someone's game that they worked hard on. I'm not saying a agree with it, but it's similar to plagiarism. unless you're stream is of your person, doing something completely original, then it would be not plagiarism.
