Get involved with other communities and challenge them. And like it was stated, put the XGC, SYN and KOG names out there on Twitter and YouTube. I was sponcered while I was in, and did tournaments in Vegas. There all over the place, small or big. The hard thing is to get a team that plays together together. Were all over the world.
