game nights from XD's down so as the new people and lower ranks have a chance to meet and get to know their Leadership for example and no disrespect ive been captain for a bit now and never met in party or game the XD over my division maybe thats a good thing maybe not but with this everyone willing to show up would be able to meet and get to know them again just a suggestion .
